Our focaccia is thick-crusted, golden-edged, and steeped in coastal calm. Made to order with heaps of extra virgin olive oil, premium Maldon sea salt , and herbs that recall overgrown seaside gardens; each loaf is cast iron baked in small batches and meant to be torn, dipped, and shared. Rotating seasonally, each loaf reflects the mood of the coast and natures elements.

Our New England Brown Bread is a nod to the old ways, prepared slow, never rushed, with a depth that only molasses and memory can bring.
