Built on bread, brine, belonging.

East Coast heart, jar by jar.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the heart behind all this?
I left the coast, but the coast never really left me. I missed the foggy mornings, the salt in the air, and the slow rhythm of small-town kitchens. Food has always been how I’ve stayed connected to my roots, my family, and my sense of place. So I started small: baking, brining, bottling. Jar by jar, loaf by loaf, I was recreating what I missed. And somewhere along the way, I realized maybe others were missing something too, and I could share mine.
Where are your products made?
Right here, by hand, in small batches. It’s just me (and sometimes a very curious toddler) in the kitchen, making each jar with care.
How long do your preserves last?
Unopened, most will keep up to a year. But if you’re anything like us, they don’t stay unopened for long.
Please note, Fred's sweet pickles are refridgerator style and last 6-8 weeks in the fridge (again, if they last that long!)
What makes your syrups different?
We keep ‘em crisp, bold, and full of East Coast attitude. No weird dyes. No sugar bombs. Just brine, time, and a lots of love.
